AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING 
We offer FREE shipping for orders over $70.
For orders under $70 we offer a flat standard shipping rate of $9.00.

There are currently major delays with Australia Post due to lockdowns. We can no longer guarantee when your parcel will arrive but we will endeavor to deliver it as soon as possible. 

We use Australia Post and after we send you a tracking number, you can calculate your delivery times using our postcode 6052 here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/, you can track your order using your tracking number we email you here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search 

A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

• Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
• Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

RETURNS
We want you to enjoy our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at hello@foundmyskin.com for a resolution.

If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to hello@foundmyskin.com within 2 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will contact you for a resolution.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
